INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is provided for children, parents and adults. Depending on the child’s age/development a variety of modalities may be utilized including art therapy, experiential play therapy and cognitive behavioral strategies. Modalities of therapy for adolescents and adults vary based on the client’s needs.
FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy can be helpful for a variety of issues including improving communication, working through family conflict and dealing with transitions such as divorce or blending families.
PARENTING SESSIONS
Parenting children today has become an increasingly complex task. I help parents figure out the best choices for their family, improve relationships with their children, work through challenging behaviors and develop effective disciplining strategies.
ATTACHMENT PARENTING
As a registered Adoption-Competent therapist with the Colorado Post-Adoption Resource center, I am committed to providing support and attachment-informed parent coaching tailored to the specific needs of adoptive and foster families.
